Chk' this out. I know Calcium is important but not sure how much.

yes in 30's womens need calcium for maintining the strength of bones.
some women ger early menopause even in 30's .

womens need 1,000 mg/day in 30 to 40 's.

the womens who got sufficient calciumin their childhood from mother milk they are more resisitant to any bones problem or calcium defficiency.

calcium is mostally for bones and teeth.

and milk is the best source for calcium.

chek this article it's very informative nad knowledgable with how much absorbed and how much you have to take, what is the function and also what is mechanism. kind of question you can get here.
